1. Refund Policy Overview

GlobalYiwu is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refund services. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • Received item does not match the description
  • Item has quality issues or is damaged
  • Received wrong item
  • Item lost during shipping
  • Item not received (30 days past estimated delivery date)
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Beyond 30-day refund period
  • Item has been used, damaged, or modified
  • Customized items (unless there are quality issues)
  • Personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, etc.)
  • Item packaging has been opened or damaged

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Refund Request

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you want to refund, and click the "Request Refund" button.

Step 2: Provide Refund Reason

Explain the refund reason in detail and upload relevant photos or videos as evidence (such as damaged item, does not match description, etc.).

Step 3: Wait for Review

Our customer service team will review your refund request within 1-3 business days.

Step 4: Return Item (if required)

If the refund request is approved and return is required, we will provide the return address. Please send the item back in good condition.

Step 5: Refund Processing

After receiving and confirming the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be returned to your original payment account:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Actual arrival time may vary depending on bank processing speed.

6. Shipping Fee Policy

6.1 Quality Issue Returns

If the item has quality issues or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping fee.

6.2 Personal Reason Returns

If returning for personal reasons (where allowed), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6.3 Original Shipping Fee

Original order shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item has quality issues or we sent the wrong item.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may only offer partial refunds:

  • Item shows obvious signs of use
  • Item packaging is damaged
  • Item accessories are incomplete
  • Returned item does not match original item

8. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your refund request. We will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to inventory availability.
